Can I switch from Cloud to Desktop (or vice versa)?
Yes. Your data is always exportable. If you move from Cloud to Desktop, you keep everything you have built. If you move from Desktop to Cloud, we help migrate your workspace.
What does BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) mean?
You can plug in your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Groq, or other API keys. On Cloud, AI is included but BYOK is optional. On Desktop, BYOK is required since there is no hosted AI layer.
Is there per-seat pricing?
No. Cloud is one flat monthly or annual rate for your team. Desktop is a single-user license at a one-time cost. Enterprise is custom-quoted but never per-seat.
What happens after the Desktop year of free updates?
