Zenith-OS is built on the principle of data sovereignty. We believe your business data belongs to you, not us. This privacy policy reflects that commitment.

For the marketing website (zenith-os.com):

• Email addresses - When you join our waitlist
• Contact form submissions - Name, email, and message content
• Basic analytics - Page views, country (no personal tracking)

For the Zenith-OS application:

• Your data stays local - Application data is stored on your machine
• Cloud sync (optional) - If you enable cloud features, encrypted data syncs to our servers
• AI API usage - Queries are processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI, etc.)

• Send you launch updates and early access invitations
• Respond to your support inquiries
• Improve our product based on aggregate usage patterns

We will never:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your business data to train AI models
• Share your information without explicit consent

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Supabase - Database and authentication
• Vercel - Website hosting
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google - AI processing (for AI features)

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We've selected providers that align with our sovereignty values.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your Zenith-OS data at any time
