By accessing or using Zenith-OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

Zenith-OS is a business operating system that provides AI-powered tools for managing business operations including CRM, content creation, compliance tracking, and more.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

You own your data. All business data you input into Zenith-OS belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your data or close your account.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• AI API costs are passed through at cost, billed separately

Zenith-OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zenith-OS and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Zenith-OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
